SZP PLAST INDUSTRIES sp. z o.o. sp.k. in Ełk is a reliable company with the tradition and experience of many years in automotive branch. Since 1988 it has been producing car lighting for many domestic and foreign customers.

The company has experienced and engaged staff at the areas of production, technical issues and management. Thanks to its staff it has been developing continuously and effectively facing new challenges of market and competitors.

The implemented, maintained and developed Quality Management System, certification for ISO 9000 series since 1999 (currently ISO 9001:2015) and ISO/TS 16949:2002 since 2007 (currently IATF 16949:2016) guarantee to our customers fulfilment of the requirements imposed by international quality standards and by current and potential customers, particularly car makers.

Assembled lamps

With benefit for customers, we set and reach ambitious targets for cost reduction, continuous improvement of production and management methods, quality improvement, elimination of loss and waste through implementation of Lean Manufacturing philosophy and tools.

Management Board of the company declares Quality Policy, aiming particularly at: defining and fulfilling customer’s expectations; reinforcing the reputation of being a reliable and trustworthy partner; authorising and encouraging all employees to engage in quality improvement.
