SZP PLAST INDUSTRIES in Ełk, a manufacturer of plastic components and lighting for the automotive industry, striving for excellence in providing high-quality products and services, on time and at an optimal price, is committed to achieving business goals, meeting social requirements, respecting the surrounding environment and to prevent injuries, accidents at work, occupational diseases and near misses events.

For this purpose:

• We identify the needs and requirements of customers and interested parties to ensure product quality and safety.
• We strengthen the position of a trustworthy and reliable partner.
• We analyze risks and opportunities.
• We create a friendly and safe working environment, eliminate threats and reduce risks.
• We constantly improve products, processes and management systems.
• We meet the requirements of environmental law as a starting point for reducing environmental pollution, especially in the field of energy and waste management as well as in the field of occupational health and safety.
• We commit to complying with all requirements of the SA8000 standard, respecting international instruments, compliance with law and other requirements.

Quality, environment, occupational safety and social responsibility is an element of the company’s management strategy. As part of this strategy, we have implemented and maintain an Integrated Management System compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SA8000.

The basis of our success is responsibility, commitment, knowledge, competences, consultations and participation of Employees, which is why we initiate and support activities aimed at increasing the qualifications, awareness and motivation of the Staff.

This Policy is publicly available and communicated to interested parties.
