INFORMATION – GDPR

Dear Sirs, Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as: “GDPR”), we inform you about the manner and purpose for which we process your personal data, as well as your rights under the GDPR.

Data Controller
The Administrator of your personal data is SZP PLAST Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Bema 2,19-300 Elk, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.

The Administrator has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data, including their integrity and confidentiality.

Necessity to provide personal data
Providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary for the execution of orders and processes, including services carried out by the Administrator for you.

Purpose of processing your personal data and legal basis for processing
We process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act. The processing of personal data will take place for the fulfilment of contractual obligations.

The data are processed in order to perform the Administrator’s activities, including in particular:

  • execution of contracts concluded with clients
  • implementation of activities prior to the conclusion of the contract, which are performed at the client’s request
  • execution of orders and orders handled without a contract
  • implementation of activities related to information and contracts of a business nature.

Withdrawal of consent
The consent can be withdrawn at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing until the consent is withdrawn.

Duration of storage of personal data
Personal data will be stored and processed for the period necessary to achieve the above processing purposes.

Your rights in connection with the processing of your personal data
You have the right to:

  • request access to their personal data, their rectification, restriction of the processing of personal data or their removal,
  • to the extent that the basis for the processing of personal data is consent, withdrawal at any time of the consent previously granted to the processing of personal data,
  • object to the processing of personal data at any time,
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if it is considered that the processing of your personal data violates the law.
