SZP PLAST Sp. z o.o. in Ełk, a manufacturer of plastic components, strives for excellence in delivering high-quality products and services on time and at an optimal price. It is committed to achieving business goals, meeting social requirements, respecting the surrounding environment, and preventing injuries, occupational accidents, occupational diseases, and near-miss incidents, as well as supporting national defence.

For this purpose:

• We identify the needs and requirements of customers and stakeholders to ensure product quality and safety.
• We strengthen our position as a trustworthy and reliable partner.
• We analyse risks and opportunities.
• We create a friendly and safe working environment, eliminate threats, and mitigate risks.
• We continuously improve our products, processes, and management systems.
• We comply with environmental law as a starting point for reducing environmental pollution, particularly in the areas of energy and waste management, as well as occupational health and safety.
• We are committed to complying with all requirements of the SA8000 standard, respecting international instruments, and adhering to applicable laws and regulations, and other requirements.

Managing quality, environmental and occupational health and safety, social responsibility, and supporting national defence are all elements of the company’s management strategy. As part of this strategy, we implement and maintain an Integrated Management System compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SA8000, and AQAP 2110.

Our success is based on employee responsibility, commitment, knowledge, competence, consultation, and participation. Therefore, we initiate and support activities aimed at increasing the qualifications, awareness, and motivation of our staff.

This Policy is publicly available and communicated to all interested parties.
